What you choose to share is used only to answer, remain in contact, or deliver the experience you requested.
Information collected
Depending on the form you use, emBaliment may receive your name, email address, message, inquiry category and optional Embalimeter information, including an optional date of birth and result.
Why it is used
- to answer access, partnership, press, collaboration or investor inquiries;
- to send updates when you subscribe;
- to let LeMatt read and respond to an Embalimeter result when you explicitly consent;
- to protect the site and forms from abuse.
Information is not sold. It is not used for automated eligibility decisions.
Analytics and external services
The site uses self-hosted Matomo analytics to understand aggregate site use. It also loads fonts from Google Fonts and may link to third-party platforms. Those services may receive technical connection data under their own policies.
Retention and security
Messages are retained only while needed to answer the request, maintain the relationship or meet legitimate legal obligations. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or withdraw from future communications. Use the contact form and select “Other”, mentioning “Privacy request”.
Adults
The Circle and result-submission features are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

This policy may be updated as the project, its legal structure or its services develop. The effective date above identifies the current version.
